What Qualtrics does

Qualtrics is the enterprise category leader for experience management, spanning customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), brand and product research. It pairs one of the most powerful survey engines on the market with predictive analytics, text analytics, role-based dashboards and a large services ecosystem.

Who it's for

Mid-market and enterprise organisations running formal CX, EX or brand programmes - common in financial services, healthcare, higher education, hospitality and large B2B. Overkill for SMBs and most product teams just needing quick in-app feedback.

Pricing, in rough terms

Quote-only. Programmes typically start in the five figures annually and scale into six or seven figures across modules and respondents. Implementation services are usually a meaningful additional line item; expect a partner-led rollout.

When Qualtrics is the right fit

Right when survey rigour, longitudinal programmes, text analytics and role-based dashboards matter as much as the survey itself. Wrong fit when you just need a fast in-app NPS - use Delighted, Sprig or Refiner instead.

Watch-outs

Cost and implementation effort are high - budget for an internal owner and a partner. Modules are sold separately; bundling looks generous until you check what's still extra. Negotiate hard on multi-year ramps.
