When Maze is the right fit
Right when design and product want to test prototypes and concepts continuously and analyse results quickly with AI. Wrong fit for one-off CX surveys or for purely qualitative deep-dive interviews where Dovetail or UserTesting fit better.
Watch-outs
AI analysis is helpful but spot-check on real studies. Recruiting your own participants is on you unless you buy Maze's panel; budget for that. Prototype-test fidelity depends on Figma file quality - garbage in, garbage out.
