When Jotform is the right fit
Right when you need forms with payments, signatures or workflows, not just a survey. Wrong fit when conversion-focused brand surveys (Typeform) or research depth (Qualtrics) are the priority.
Watch-outs
Submission caps reset monthly and pushing through them moves you up plans fast - watch usage. Payment-form fees are on top of your processor's fees. HIPAA features sit behind specific plans; verify before handling PHI.
