SMB and mid-market teams that want a polished NPS or CSAT programme without buying Qualtrics. Strong for SaaS, ecommerce and service businesses where ongoing customer pulse matters. Less of a fit for complex multi-question research.
Pricing, in rough terms
Free tier with very limited monthly responses. Starter, Premium and Premium Plus paid tiers gated by responses, seats, channels and integrations. Custom Enterprise pricing - shares some plumbing with Qualtrics for upsell.
When Delighted is the right fit
Right when you want a clean NPS/CSAT/CES tool that just works and integrates into your stack. Wrong fit when your survey needs go beyond pulse and you'd be better off in SurveyMonkey, Typeform or Qualtrics.
Watch-outs
Response-based pricing rises with audience size - prune list segments to control cost. Reporting depth is good but not Qualtrics-level. Integrations to your CRM/CDP need careful field mapping to make NPS scores actionable.
