It is integrated across Photoshop (Generative Fill), Illustrator (Generative Recolor, Text to Vector), Express, Premiere Pro and a standalone Firefly web app.

Particularly strong for editing existing assets in Photoshop and Illustrator. Less relevant for purely generative-from-scratch users who don't use Adobe tools.
